FAQ’s

Yes.  We are certified in Canine First Aid so you can be sure your pup’s always in safe hands.

All dogs in our care must be neutered/dressed if over 6 months.  As much as we love puppies……..could you imagine the chaos!

For the safety of our guests, all dogs must be fully up to date with annual vaccinations – including Kennel Cough.

All of our dogs are required to be on a regular programme of flea and worming treatments.

We sure do…..and we absolutely love their wee soft paws!

No. Our day care operates between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, because sometimes we have to sleep.

This doggie day care concept is similar to the function of a Nursery/Crèche you would take your child to.  You would drop your pet off to us and collect them later in the day.

No! We don’t have any enclosed kennels or cages at our facility and you can be assured that your dog will not be put in a cage during their time with us.

Absolutely! We know that dogs are more than just pets. They are family members after all. They capture our hearts and share our home. At our Crèche our philosophy is that your pet is an individual – just like you.

All the dogs have access to both our 4,500 sq ft fully secure outdoor area and our heated indoor play area. Our indoor space, which is fully laid with specialised 8mm rubber flooring to reduce the amount of stress on your dogs joints, back and muscles, will keep your loving pooch warm on the cold winter days with our infra-red heaters. During our lovely (rare) summer days they love our paddling pool, standing under our sprinklers or they can chill out on the cool mats.

We have loads of toys and fun activities to keep your pup entertained throughout their stay…and our experienced staff are always happy to get involved in a game.

You are welcome to bring a pre-portioned meal for your pooch. Our guests are fed individually at lunch time, giving them privacy and safety.

Definitely! In fact, we insist on it. We know the importance of rest for our four-legged friends, so (as well as the comfy sofas they can use around the space) we built a dedicated heated TV/chill-out room where our guests get a well earned rest on our comfortable beds and sofas. All the dogs go for two set nap times throughout the day. This allows them to recharge their batteries and snuggle in with their fur-friends or with us. In the summer, the cool mats are put in place for them to lie on and bandanas put on them to keep them cool.
